This was our first time renting a bounce house, and we were very, very impressed with both the quality of materials and the customer service. When Little Monsters arrived they cleaned the the bounce house thoroughly. When they picked the bounce house up, they cleaned it thoroughly. I had several of my invited guests make comments to me that they had never seen an inflatable rental company clean their inflatables ever. I have used inflatables for atleast 10 years with church groups and have never had a bounce house so clean. It looked as though it had never been used. I asked the owner why they went through such great lengths to clean these when no other place does. He said simply, "I have kids and would expect a clean bounce house if I rented one."
